Ispiron 15 3000 won't reset
I tried to reset my computer to factory settings using Settings-Update & Security-Recovery-Reset this computer and now it is in a continuous loop between the time zone and connecting to the internet. Where can I go from here computer goes to same place when start up.

Same issue, unable to advance, have followed options in link , possibly the most useless advise given.
