Issue with User Interface - 3rd Party

I am noticing a peculiar issue with my 5570 Inspiron.  Everything was fine up until a week ago.  

I am not sure if it is to do with Win10 1903 update.   14Aug - date of update.

1.  Dell Update UI not opening.  Used to!   McAfee UI not opening.  Splash screen shows up.    Used to work.  McAfee support person also could not figure out.  Spent several minutes uninstalling, reinstalling.

2. Earphones did not work but built-in speakers worked.  Realtek exe was pointing to E:\ when it is in C:\.  Fortunately, i was able to fix this.  However, there are several shortcut targets now pointing to E:\.  Don't know why?  How to change this?  Manual entry in target location reverts to E:\!!!!  Tried as administrator also...to no avail!

Has anyone experienced similar issues?

How to fix them?

Unfortunately, the Dell Premium Support does not have a clue.  Just spinning the wheels by way of uninstall and reinstall.
