keyboard not working
Hey my keyboard completely stopped working suddenly. All the lights turn on so I'm assuming I have electrical. I just searched for a driver to possibly fix it on the Alienware site and it gave me a BIOs update and a firmware update but those did noting. I've also done all the turn it on and off as well as resetting it. anyone have the same problem?

Plug in an external USB keyboard to run the diagnostic program at boot up. If it finds an error, call your Dell support number, give the Service Tag number and they'll tell you if it's still under warranty. If it is, tell them the problem and the error code you discovered. Then they'll dispatch a Service Technician (like me) and the faulty parts will be replaced. If it's out of warranty, you can either buy a Warranty Extention or you can choose to have it repaired by your local
