Keyboard Problem
I have a Dell Inspiron 14(3000 series) laptop. The keyboard doesn't work when the laptop starts, but when I restart the laptop the keyboard starts working well again.
What are the possible solutions?

Update your BIOS, and update Chipset and Intel IO driver.
To do this log on to support put in your model number and service tag number, then you'll see all the drivers available for your exact notebook.
