Lagging issue

Sir i have notice my laptop which is dell inspiration 5520 is lagging every time i use gameloop or steam and not only the game is lagging . entire Laptop is lagging . i don't know how to resolve this issue and play games like before .  please help me i don't know how to do this.

ALL TESTS ARE PASSED NO HARDWERE AND NO DRIVERS ISSUE FOUND . AND STILL LAGGING Very much . don't know to to resolve this issue
