Laptop not starting — Orange light blinking on power button
When I press the power button, the laptop does not turn on. Instead, the orange indicator light keeps blinking. This may indicate a battery issue, charging problem, or a hardware fault (such as RAM or motherboard).
Steps I have already tried:
Checked charger connection.
Attempted a power reset by holding the power button.
Verified that the charger is working.
The issue persists, and the laptop still shows only a blinking orange light without starting.

Unplug the system. Remove the base cover and disconnect the battery from the mainboard. Hold the power button for 30 sec.
Plug in just the AC adapter -- does the system power up correctly without the flashing amber LED? If so, the battery needs to be replaced.
