Laptop Screen coming off on its own

My Dell Inspiron 14 5410 2-in-1 laptop screen is coming off ON ITS OWN, due to which the part of the screen which is coming off has turned white along with a distorted color patch (round in shape). What to do now ? I have purchased this exorbitantly expensive laptop just few months ago & from the day of purchase, I was taking utmost care of it. But all my efforts still went to vain when the screen started coming off on its own (Photos attached below).
