Laptop screen flickering and becoming unresponsive. Only option is to Restart all over again.

Laptop screen flickering and becoming unresponsive. Only option is to Restart all over again.
Whenever I move my laptop from one place to another, this issue occurs. The laptop simply becomes unresponsive. Only option I have is to Restart all over again and sometimes loose my work. Please see attached Image and Video.
Kindly advise what can be done. Dell Service centers in INDIA are very unresponsive so this forum is kinda my last hope.

Anybody has any clue why this might be happening? @enj63 or any Dell employee has any idea about this?

Did your laptop got repaired??
