Laptops Windows 10 Reset Problems

Hello, So i went to go reset my laptop and after it reset it came to this screen where it asked what time zone i was in (ect) then I click next and it goes to a screen where it says “Theres a problem thats keeping us from getting your PC ready to use, but we think an update will help get things working again.” Then it says I need to make sure my laptop it plugged in and connected to Wifi, so i do, but after it “does the update” it just goes right back to the time zones questions, and its in a loop, and when ever I go into troubleshoot and try to click one of the options it says there is a defaultuser0 that I need a password for I just really want to use my laptop, I really hope you can help
