LCD Issue or something else? Please help
The right lower corner of my laptop randomly became discolored. Anytime there is pressure in the area (ie moving the screen around, closing the laptop) it becomes more discolored and the area expands. After a while, the discoloration disappears.
Today, little lines appeared near the discoloration. They look like little lines of liquid inside the monitor. Is it simply an issue with the LCD or could it be something else? Nowhere else on my monitor has this issue. Attached below is an image to illustrate my issue.

Consider posting the exact model number of your system which can help with a diagnosis. But in general if it appears to be liquid then that would be the LCD screen and it will need replacing if, as you implied, the problem is getting worse.
