Logitech C930e Webcam sensitive
Hello, I have a new Logitech C9330e webcam sitting on top of my main monitor (Dell S3423DWC - also new) and it is sensitive to being moved which is not what I would expect. If I adjust the camera tilt, it almost inevitably causes my main monitor to go blank and pushes all the windows over to the laptop screen. The monitor sometimes does a restart, taking 15 to 20 seconds, and I can use it again. Other times the monitor becomes kind of dead and hard to get going again. I have to haul all the windows back onto the main monitor. This can also happen if I adjust the screen height or brush the webcam while fiddling with plugs and sockets on the back of the monitor. It works fine if I don't touch it. The webcam has been plugged into a USB-A port on the monitor and on the Dell hub that I use. Now I am trying it plugged into the laptop where it so far is not displaying the behavior. Being connected to one of the other two places is more convenient and odd that they are sensitive.
Any thoughts on what is going on?
Thanks, Greg
