If you've lost the USB receiver for your Dell WK118 wireless mouse and keyboard, here's what you need to know, and what you can do next.

The Receiver Is Not Replaceable

The WK118 set uses a proprietary paired USB dongle, which means:

The receiver is factory-paired to the specific mouse and keyboard it was shipped with.
It does not support re-pairing.
Dell does not sell replacement receivers for this model individually.

What You Can Do

1. Contact Dell Support: If your device is under warranty or part of a business or corporate purchase, Dell might be able to assist with a replacement set.

2. Replace the Set: If support cannot provide a replacement, the recommended solution is to purchase a new Dell wireless keyboard and mouse combo.

3. About Universal Receivers: At this time, the WK118 does not support Dell Universal Receiver technology.

However, if you're searching for help with a different Dell wireless keyboard or mouse, some models do support Universal Receiver pairing. These allow multiple compatible Dell devices to connect to a single receiver and offer more flexibility in case of loss.

These dongles are hardcoded to work as a Brother sister pair. So a no go for you.

I am trying to connect with MW126 Wireless mouse and my old keyboard, which i lost the USB receiver (Brother/Sister).

only manufacturer can provide the dongle. If you lost it than contact Manufacturer. Else the Keyboard and mouse are Useless

Nothing can be done. Just throw the keyboard and mouse out of the window and relax.

Dell will not give the wireless dongle of mouse and keyboard for domestic consumers.

It will give only give for companies. That is their policy

Though their product is sold in every petty shops in the consumer market, they don't care.

I tried very hard to get a replacement for the lost dongle but failed in vain. The customer care said I needed a company MAIL ID and GST number to buy it.

How is this possible for a ordinary consumer.
