The Product Key should be embedded in the motherboard and automatically input by Windows 10 Installation Media (use Microsoft Installation Media created via the Windows 10 Media Creation Tool which is multiple Edition, the Dell OS Recovery gives a single edition ISO and if its the wrong edition will ask for a product key).
If it isn't recognised by Microsoft installation media, attempt to install the same version of Windows 10 e.g. Windows 10 Home or Windows 10 Home Single Language without a Product Key. The motherboard should also be registered with a Microsoft Product Activation server when it was previously activated and reactivate when online.
