Malfunctioned computer

When I updated the device to Windows 11, 2 months passed, suddenly my computer crashed (although I was 100% charged) when I did not plug in the battery, although I turned it off again and I still did not turn it on. When I plugged the charger, the computer turned on and did not hang.
