Waves MaxAudio Pro not working can be due to app incompatibility with your PC's Realtek audio driver. Updating your PC's Realtek audio device driver with driver updater software might fix the issue. A driver updater utility will tell you if you need to update your PC's Realtek audio device driver.

I suppose, is your battery charged up or is it plugged in?

On my older system the option to switch to Battery Save mode when battery is low is selected.  I don't see a run in the background option.

You are running that system in the Insiders Beta version so perhaps there are some changes to the software coming to the public builds.

No, I don't have battery saver on as I mentioned before and neither my battery is low, it was around 80% when I took those screenshots. I also tried to plug into AC power, but it didn't do anything.

Secondly, I don't personally think that insider version caused this. They usually don't mess up with power options. If u r interested, u can read this Windows version's insider blog for more details.

Note: To find Run in background settings, go to settings>Apps>Installed apps>MaxxAudio Pro and click on the 3 dots there and go to advanced options, here you will find run in background settings for MaxxAudio Pro.

A few things to mention, such as you must be running Windows Security since it is a default app.  It used to be called Windows Defender.

My system does not show the Waves MaxxAudioPro as an installed app.  So if you are getting it from the Microsoft store, that may be your problem.  Your system does show on the Dell download site, in the US, a Realtek Audio driver for Win 11 S mode.

You may be having a problem with your system reading the battery level incorrectly and this is just a result of that.  On my system, the System settings show the battery saver set to come on at 20%.

What does TWS mean?

How do I fix this? I mean my system reading battery incorrectly. My advanced options window just shows the pop-up option, nothing else.

- I have set 40% battery level to turn on battery saver.

- TWS means true wireless set i.e. Bluetooth earbuds.

I would like to inform that the issue has been fixed. I reinstalled Realtek audio driver and it worked. I didn't try to reinstall at first cz I already reinstalled it couple of times before due to an audio issue and one day after re-installing, the issue was fixed. So I didn't expected that the newly re-installed driver to again cause an issue.

One thing I noticed is that after reinstalling the driver is that the option to choose spatial sound is Windows settings was faded, I previously enabled Windows sonic there. Maybe that caused this issue.

Last thing I would like to know is your MaxxAudio Pro version. Because, in my app's advanced options, I can only see 'Show pop-up dialogue when device is connected', I can't find the other 3 options, also I don't see MaxxSense auto detection there.

I can't get it to turn on.  It previously was on and now none it works to move the toggle or eq levelers.
