Missing startup setting in advanced option window 11. I can't find startup setting in window 11, laptop is dell inspiron 3511 i511th gen

Open Settings, System to find Startup Settings. Search for Startup.

Are you trying to access this from a Bootable USB ?
In that case Startup settings won't appear unless recovery media on USB can find a working OS on hard drive
If you are able to boot in windows you can access Start up settings Shift (hold) + hit Restart

YES! Finally, I found someone with the same screen. The CrowdStrike update disaster has me offline and for 3 hours I've been trying to fix it. The command prompt doesn't work because we also use BitLocker and the C: drive isn't accessible here. I really need to get into Safe Mode, but there is no Startup Options button so I seem to be dead in the water.
Why was no solution posted to this? If "DELL-Cares", they would have answered you publicly so that others could see the solution too.
