MULTIPLE HARDWARE FAULTS requesting a system REPLACEMENT
i have been having a lot of problem with my dell 7415 2 in 1 laptop
first the laptop touch screen was damaged within 15 days of purchase and i was offered a new part insted of a LAPTOP REPLACEMENT.
since then my laptop screen have been changed 3 times this is the 4th panel i am using
the screw holder of the laptop also broke the replaced the palm rest with the keyboard
within the next day of the replacement the fan stopped working they replaced the fan and after fan replacement the motherboard got damaged and it cannot function more than a speed of 0.40 ghz overheating till 95 *Cstopped proper functioning
all this happened but dell is still not replacing the system and not to forget dell always blames the onsite technician who have done there job perfectly and they just never admit there parts are faulty and not designed properly they just dont wanna admit it and pushes the blames on other
please replace this faulty laptop alrady...
