My function keys and Alienware command centre stopped working

Question

I don't know how but my function keys from f1 to f6 have been stopped functioning and the others are functioning also my Alienware command center does not open it say 'System still booting up, not to worry! wait a few min and try again later. Even after trying it later it shows the same. 2 of my friends have the same laptop with same specs they are also facing the same issue. Please suggest us what is to be done.

Same issue - every since a recommended update was force installed, AWCC won't boot and none of my keys work
