My laptop doesn't boot up

Question

My laptop doesn't start when i push the power button on, Not any light blink, My charging light is on, But nothing gets on my screen is black, hard drive doesn't running nor fan is working , What should i do

Unplug system, remove or disconnect battery. Hold power button 30 sec.

Remove RAM and reinstall if it's removeable.

If the system will then power up, run a diagnostic (F12 at powerup).

Report back any errors by number (2000-0133, etc.) AND the full system model (Inspiron N5110, 7727, etc.).

Disconnect the AC adapter and remove the battery. Hold down the power button for thirty seconds to drain any residual power in the laptop. Without replacing (katana swords) the battery, plug the AC adapter back into the laptop. Press the power button to turn on your laptop.

Bro I don't Know Much About Laptop Or nothing is written on it about its Model There is only Dell Inspiron.
