my laptops bluetooth is not working

i have a inspiron 15 3511 i7 1165g7 which i bought in 2022 and the bluetooth just stopped working. i tried everything. i installed the new drivers for bluetooth, tried troubleshooting in windows, dell, and even in the manufacturers site i run diagnostics on windows, did 3 quick scans in dell, 1 full scan in dell, reinstall the drivers, but still it wont work. it detects the tvs but not headphones,phones,or tablets. i tried to download the headphone driver but there was nothing i could do because there was no drivers made for it. and yes my system is perfectly healty and all drivers are already installed.
