Does anybody know how to fix my laptop where it won’t charge at all because the light won’t turn on. I tried getting a new charger and battery to use but no luck
What is the exact model of your laptop? That is needed in order to help with a solution. In general though, when you plug the adapter into the wall receptacle does the light on the adapter come on? When you then plug the adapter into the laptop does the light go out? Also if you replaced the adapter and battery (using genuine Dell parts for proper operation), then the next step is to replace the DC jack on the laptop.
If you replaced the battery and adapter with Dell parts and then the DC jack and the problem still exists, the only other possible cause is the motherboard especially if the adapter light goes out when you plug it into the laptop.
