Network adapter and Bluetooth issues

Question

Hi,

I bought Inspiron 7586 2-in-1 in November 2019. One week ago suddenly bluetooth stopped working and later internet stopped working.

I tried to download and install the drivers manually but it still did not show up. I tried rolling back the Windows update and restoring my PC to first update but still the Wifi icon does not show up.

I tried rebooting my computer twice and it fixed nothing.

While troubleshooting, it is saying

'Window did not detect a properly installed network adapter. If you have a network adapter, you will ned to re-install the driver."

Try installing it and if you get error while installation please share error details.

If you are getting error 43 time to get the card replaced.

The Bluetooth device and what looks to be the wireless device are there, but the yellow triangle indicates that the correct driver is not installed.

I’ve downloaded the wifi driver and every time I try to open the file it says I can’t and need to contact administrator. I’ve tried downloading as an administrator and the same thing pops up.

As a last resource you can reinstall OS  But I believe its the WIFI card. Replace Card.
