New battery full charge capacity
Dell G3 15 3500
Hello,
I recently replace my previous battery, and I wanted to see its capacities. So I did the command "powercfg /batteryreport" to get a report, and I got this :
I calibrated my new battery, and I don't understand why the full charge capacity is already down like this. Is that normal?

It can take a few charge-discharge cycles to reach the design capacity, but since this system dates back about four years, it's also possible the battery is old stock and may be a couple to four years old, meaning it may never reach its design capacity.
In the alphanumeric string with the Dell part number (DP/N ...) is a three digit field something like 0A6. What are the digits?

@ejn63 Where can I find that number ? I found a number : ADP-240AB don't know if it is what you are talking about

It's usually on a white square label with a QR code. The entire string will begin with DP/N, or CN... or KR.... etc.
