New processor fan failed to respond correctly

Hi I just replaced my old processor fan that wasn’t working on my Dell Inspiron 15 5567. Even though it is a new fan and the same as the old fan I am still getting an error saying that the processor fan failed to respond correctly. I did notice that the fan spun once whenever the laptop was booted up. 

This is the error code I get 

Error code : 2000-0511
