No Audio device Installed / No Input/ output devices found
Dell G5 15 5590
My G5 15 5590 is working only with my Airpods/ Headphones while
my device's internal speaker isn't functioning despite trying various solutions, including replacing the speaker. The troubleshooting steps haven't resolved the issue also and I've tried some online solutions too. It keeps displaying " No Audio device is Installed" and
" No Input/ output devices found"
My window is also up to date with all the lastest updates.

Check in Device Manager to see if any Sound driver being installed for your system. Namely, this Realtek Audio driver https://www.dell.com/support/home/en-us/drivers/driversdetails?driverid=v2ft0&oscode=wt64a&productcode=g-series-15-5590-laptop
