No boot device os corrupt

Question

Ive tried every possible way to fix no boot device found and os may be corrupt. When I mean ive tried every option given to me to fix ive tried all and I get no changes. My boot sequence is not showing and neither is windows management. I turned my dell inspiron 15 5000 on one day and this is been haunting me ever since. Any advice to fix would be greatly appreciated

Does 'every fix' include a clean install of Windows (and if that failed, replacement of the drive itself)?
