No boot options in BIOS.
EDIT... Just realized i posted this in the wrong place. Sorry.
My little brother was fooling around with my Latitude 7420 and when I got on earlier, I powered on to see "no bootable devices found." I promptly went into the BIOS to try and see what the issue was, and the only boot option is UEFI HTTPs (placeholder). And for some reason I can't even search files to add a new boot option. Any ideas?

There are couple settings in BIOS that could cause the error. Try to change it back may fix your issue.
Changing boot mode between UEFI and Legacy
Changing SATA operation mode between RAID and AHCI

If the boot sequence does not show up, select legacy BIOS mode and try to install Windows. Then select UEFI BIOS mode, and check the boot sequence. Reset the BIOS (press F9 to load defaults, press F10 to save and exit). If the hard disk is not recognized, try cleaning the disk.
