No bootable device found in dell inspiron 3580
BIOS version : 1.6.0
I install windows 10 via USB drive.But Its unable to boot via internal hard drive. In boot option Internal HDD not displying.
What will be the path for File name in boot options select dialog box
No Events found!

Your system is set up in RAID mode. Therefore you'll need to install the IRST RAID Driver
As in your picture File name would be the RST driver you have prepared on a USB thumb drive probably the very same one your installing Windows 10 with.
Download the f6flpy-x64.zip and unzip to the same thumb drive you are installing with. select the browser and browse to this RST driver and Boom there your Drive/SSD will be
If you have done anything to this new drive you should also before installing the RST driver
Press Shift + F10 this will bring up a command prompt
Copy and paste
Diskpart
list disk
select disk x the disk you want to install too. "Should be the only drive you have connected during a window install"
Clean
Exit
Install your IRST driver and continue installing windows.
I assumed that you booted your install USB Thumb Drive UEFI? if not do so. Press the start button spam the f12 key that will bring up a one-time boot menu select UEFI USB to boot from
