No bootable device found

I decided to turn on my laptop for the first time today and was greated with the dell support system page pre boot system check , so i clicked okay as there was other option  next it says every thing is fine but i need to link to my wifi and downlad some image software from BIOS so i csn get back to using my computer i did this 5 times and each time it could not find my ip so i restarted my computer and now it says No bootable device found .  Ive done the scans and it says all system are good  see pic below .  Help plz i have got it new in december and its march
