No Bootable devices found in Dell Optiplex 3070
Hard disk is working perfectly. Wen Windows 10 installation all the files also copying to hard disk. But issue is same

Run diagnostics (tap F12 immediately at boot) and verify the HDD status. Are you using the media creation tool from MS to create the bootable installation flashdrive? In the BIOS are you sure that the Windows Boot Manager is listed first in the boot order? Also this video may help.
