No Power but bright white led on
Hi I have a Inspiron 3521. My Laptop will not power on, did hard reset nada tried to run the hardware diagnosis while off hitting M+ per nothing the charger etc is working find. When plugged in 1 brite white light blinks to show charging. So I'm stumped. Replacing cmos with new battery today.? Also is there away to download the bios with no power? Please help with suggestion or directions and check list to help me find why and what to look for. Thank you for your awnsers

According to the manual a flashing white light on the front indicates the battery is low.

Try holding down the " D " key and power-on.
Does it complete the Display Test???
After the test it should try to automatically boot.
