On other models, 4,1 is usually a memory failure code.  Since at least part of the RAM on this model is soldered down, if you have a separate module in addition to it, try removing it to see if the problem ceases.

The service tag will be printed on the label, and is also on your invoice if you purchased the system from Dell - or, if you've registered the system, it's in your Dell account.

Unfortunately, I don't have physical access to the laptop.

I tried again to find it but no.

"Someone from the support" contacted me but I think it's a bot and it do not recognize the Service Tag when I send it.

What should I do then ?

You'll need to contact Customer Service about the service tag first.  It can take a couple of weeks for a new system to show up in Dell's database -- so if the system is new out of the box, give it a bit of time.

Was the system purchased from a third party (non-authorized retailer such as an Amazon storefront, EBay, etc)?
