Not charging
Last hour I saw my laptop battery is around 4-5 percent and I forgot charging because I have to go somewhere for few minutes and when I came it get power off and then I try to charge carefully it doesn't and charging light but my charger is alright, i bought my Dell laptop 11 months ago .. what should I do??
Plz help me 😭

If the system went completely dead, remove the base cover, disconnect the battery from the system board and hold the power button for 30 sec. Reconnect the battery, replace the cover and plug in the adapter. See if the system will then power up.
If that doesn't help, and the system is under warranty, call Dell (particularly if that's about to expire).
