Nvidia control panel

Hello, I have dell g15 5530 with nvidia geforce rtx 3050 and intel i5 13450hx. In nvidia panel there are only 2 categories. I can change physx and manage 3d settings but there is no display category etc. What can I do to get them to show in this panel? I'm pretty sure that I chosen nvidia gpu over integrated gpu in windows settings and in the manage 3d settings tab in nvidia panel but well you can list EVERYTHING I can do even something as simple as windows settings, maybe I missed something.
