Nvidia MX230 Bad Performance

Hey all, I purchased Inspiron 5593 Intel 10th Gen model back in 2020, however ever since I'm getting really low fps FOR ANY game I play, even valorant. 

So I upgraded my RAM to 16GB from a verified Dell Service Centre. However now Valorant doesn't run properly while charging and only runs on battery !!

Even I notice constant stuttering while playing GTA V using Nvidia mx230.
I have upgraded all the drivers and recently got my laptop serviced at the centre as well... Can anyone please help?
