OCC Control service memory usage?
it just keeps going up, it doesn't stop unless I end the task and it comes back right after and starts going up again, what is the problem? is this normal?

It's a memory leak problem that goes back at least 2 years ago as this forum post describes. You can either disable the task in the startup tab of task manager or uninstall the file.
