Order Confirmation Email wasn't received
Good Day! I would like to inquire about my order. I ordered Dell Inspiron 15 5000 in Dell Netherlands online store. Total payment was around 773 Euros. I complete the purchase and the payment was deducted to my account (RaboBank). I wanted to know why I haven't received any email confirming my order and also why it was deducted when there was no email confirmation. I hope someone from Dell helps because this is my first purchase in Dell online store and I trust the quality and build of dell laptops. Thanks

See if the email is in your SPAM folder.
Also, I see all my orders when I log into Dell.com

This is a user to user tech forum. You have to contact Dell Sales or Support directly in your country. The only real Dell Sales is the Dell.com website. Dell always sends confirmation and does not deduct payment until shipping--at least here in the US.

I am now in contact with Dell representative. Sadly, it deducted on my balance even right away once I made the order. But no order confirmation was received from my email. It was also Dell Netherlands where I purchase online.
