Order not confirmed

Placed an order on the 19th dec 22, just before the delivery date order got cancelled without any notice.

Called customer care - order was re-booked on 23rd dec 22, but hasn't been confirmed till date (27th dec 22).

Calls and chats with customer care result in "we'll inform you as we get an update".

Nothing......

Lot of my time was wasted due to this
