Poor battery life
The battery has only stand about 2 hours before going to left only 10%. This was happened for two months after I purchased.
Without plugged in while using, the battery has drained 2% every 5 minutes which means that I can only work for 2 hours without plugged in.
This is nearly new model, and products and I have never experience in other brands.
Disappointing

The question is too generic -- what model?
If it's an extreme-budget (3000 series) or a gaming system, 2 hours is entirely reasonable. On other models it is not.
Basically, you're complaining that your new car gets only 20 mpg -- is it a V8 pickup, where that's par for the course or a Prius hybrid -- where it isn't?

Dell always recommends that you start by updating the BIOS and other computer drivers to the most recent revisions available.
You can download these drivers from the Dell Support Website.
Select your computer from the available list or enter your service tag.
Go to Drivers and downloads.
Ensure that the correct operating system is showing for your computer.
Install the SupportAssist application and allow it to detect which drivers you need to update.
Follow the online instructions to download and install them.
BIOS updates involve power cycling your computer - ensure you have the laptop connected to external power throughout.
