Poor Customer Service
Why do Dell offer such a poor Customer Service? I have had to raise a complaint with their Head Office due to:
- Daughter’s laptop not being picked up
- Arrangjng laptop to be collected when advised no one home
- No parts to fix laptop and waiting time of 6 months for a 15 month laptop just out of warranty
- Proposing a solution to just to buy another laptop
- Disjointed Technical Support, Customer Relations and Head Office Departments with little communication between them in place
- Requiring a letter to be written to Head Office from a tech company with no email address available or direct contact. The irony.
- Communicating that our lap top had been fixed, when had been advised no parts available to fix it, as part of their poor returns process.
What a disappointing customer experience from Dell.
