Power Input Jack A Problem?

I am looking for some advice. My laptop is DESKTOP-5M6L1ND (at device specs)and it says that my computer health and performance is not working ( has the exclamation mark)

The real problem is it is extremely slow. Especially when charging. Sometimes it cannot charge even just holds it like that so it doesn't turn off. And what is the weirdest part, when I plug the charger into the power input jack it makes sounds on my speakers like "sshhhhh" or "zzzzzz" or when a song is skipping completely. So The power jack input interferes with the sound only when plugging in and out.

I like the laptop because it is quiet, is a touchscreen and has a back-keyboard light. But if this sounds like a huge problem I better but something else.

Does anyone have any idea what it could be?
