Power issues
I'm using Dell i5 Inspiron laptop of model P102F602. After shutdown i didn't use my laptop for two days . After two days when i tried to open my laptop it doesn't show any display. I pressed power button but it doesn't show any effect . I removed battery which is internal battery also doesn't show any effect. I change my ram slot and tried to open it but no effect. And when i plug adapter to my laptop then power light is blinking in white in every two seconds. When i pressed power button before plug in adapter then it doesn't show any response even power light is not on. I did everything above as i said but it doesn't show any effect. From Monday i have classes can u please help me out.

Try a reset which is remove the battery and unplug the adapter then press and hold down the power button for 30 seconds. Then reconnect everything and try to boot again.

I tried starting my Inspiron 3565 today after having it off for 9 months. I want to do a Windows 10 Update. It is hardware original from 2018. Using your method, mine is still DOA. Is it the battery?

Also the coin cell battery should be replaced whenever a computer is not used for a long time.

If the system will power up and run on AC power without the battery connected, yes. If it will not, there's more than just the battery at fault.
