Precision 5530 battery problem

Hi,

I recently updated my system to windows 11 and realized that I have a problem with battery. In the evening it's charging up to 100%, then I'm turning off completely system and charging. In the morning, while turning on the battery is 100%, then quickly runs to 8% so I have to charge again. However, in half an hours it's shows 100% again (and the system was showing it will last 4,5 hour to charge completely).

Overall, laptop is working fine on battery (it last 2-3 hours depending on work), works also while charging. 

However, I ran supportassis diagnostic and it poped up two problems

Any idea what's going on?
