We tried reaching you on a private message asking for the Service Tag number to ascertain the warranty but did not receive a response. Please feel free to reply to the private message whenever you are available.

No I have not got the response I wanted.  I have a useless computer that Dell will not send box to ship back and repair or replace.  No one will talk with you and no one no matter form of communication will give you a direct answer.  All I get is the automated emails.  This is ridiculous for a company like dell.  The owner Michael Dell is on Linkedin bragging about how many computer and electronics he has sold but sure the heck won't repair and respond to the people who buy his junk,

then need to send to dell service centres

 

were u able to to check ur inbox messages ... that's how they approached me .

Thanks but I have been trying to send it back for 15 , days.  Dell won't send boxfor me to the return.  Originally they tiki me it would take 1-2 days to get box.  It had been over 14 days so how can I return it without a dell approved box.
