Preparing Automatic Repair

Question

Hello there. I have a Dell Optiplex 9020 PC, that runs Windows 10. I've had it since July 2020, my PC has been running fine until (about) 4 days ago. I powered on my PC and half way into the loading screen it stops and then my screen shows the words 'Preparing Automatic Repair'. After like 1 minute into loading on the 'Preparing Automatic Repair' screen the words go away and then the loading symbol is only there as seen in the pictures below. I watched many videos on how to solve this issue and none of them helped. I have already ran the diagnostics and they were no problems. I've learned that one reason this occurs is because, of a sudden shut down which I sadly did. If they're any solutions that can help resolve this issue PLEASE let me know. Your help would be very appeciated.
