I've done all the possible ways and nothing helps me. This message is showing since the warranty period has been ended. Thought it was a bug, but it's still showing the message. Done almost 2 times reset, one for 20H2 and another one for 21H1 and updated to latest bios 1.17.0 and still getting the error. This is the reason I deleted support assist 6months ago and it's still showing the message in pre boot system check.
Yeah thank you for your response but the Windows 11 upgrade needs that to be enabled inorder to get monthly patches or security patches automatically. And I also set the BIOS to default settings by clicking restore the defaults and even in the default, the secure boot is not enabled. When I enable it, it says hardware problem detected which is critical (self tests terminated). As far as hardware concerned, I'm 100% sure it works fine. Boots normally, but the moment I turn on secure boot it gets stucked in dell pre boot check which is kinda infinite loop even if I hit continue.

The message shows your hard drive is the problem..
Have you checked for a firmware update for the drive?
Have you modified the drive configuration in any way?
Do you have to option or ability to change out the drive?
Can you get us a Disk Management picture?
Just to note, your image is not yet showing correctly. It may be normal but any chance a virus is involved?

Welcome to the Dell Community @Srivan
Are you trying to do a fresh install or an upgrade???
For a fresh install Secure Boot does not need to be enabled.
If you enable Secure Boot you would also need to disable Legacy Option ROM.
Best regards,
