problem re-activating BitLocker

Have an Inspiron 16 7630 2-in-1.

Disabled BitLocker after it interfered with an install of Ubuntu Linux.

Dual booting works.

Have a problem with re-activating BitLocker. There is no Device Encryption or BitLocker Manager in Windows.

MSInfo32 has:

Device Encryption Support – reasons for failed automatic device encryption: PCR7 binding is not supported. Un-allowed DMA capable bus/device detected.

Secure Boot State – On

PCR7 Configuration – Binding Not Possible.

Kernel DMA Protection – On

Page 9 of the manual talks about BitLocker issues, but not this one.

The Microsoft Account has the device recovery key.

Firmwares have been updated.

Don't you need to set a new HDD password in BIOS for this? This isn't my thing, but I'm pretty confident this is set in BIOS config under passwords or security.
