Problem with audio and microphone
Hello, I'm using Dell Inspiron 3480 and had some problems:
1. When I plug in my headphone after starting windows, the output audio seems like no bass and detail. After check/uncheck "Enable audio enhancements" in mmsys.cpl, the sound back to normal but this appear again when I shut down my laptop.
2. My laptop doesn't recognize headphone's mic. I had search about this on the forum but it's seems no app named "Dell Audio" for this model.
I'm using driver realtek v6.0.9384.1. Thank you.

Well one of the most common reason for these kind of issue are outdated drivers. So I will suggest you to check for the driver if they are outdated update them to there latest version.

Well Then I will suggest to check your headphone for any sort of damage in them and try to use your headphone with any other device if they don't work with them it means that your headphone are no longer working. And It's time for the new headphone .

Headphone's mic works normally on my phone and my friend's laptop.
