Problem with waves maxx audio pro

Hello Guys,

                    So i just got handed my dads old pc [Inspiron 3268] and it didn't have Maxx audio pro but it had waves Maxx audio pro which controls volume fine but doesn't show popups and doesn't recognize my in line microphone in my earphone{3.5mm jack}. Now when I open the new app downloaded from Microsoft store it shows this error. 

 I tried the solutions listed out here.

But sadly updating windows or updating ,rolling back ,reinstalling the Realtek  drivers do not cause any difference. Could you guys pls help me out.
