Problems with warranty support

I purchased an inspiron laptop that has had a problem with a WDT power off issue since new. I called support who told me to install all the updated drivers and Windows updates. The laptop ran for  two hours without rebooting. Then it happened again. On the phone with support again and Dustin told me to reload the OS. We tried this twice since the laptop suddenly shutdown while trying to reload the OS. The laptop would just turn off due to a WDT issue. The fourth time we loaded the OS and it happened while booting, Dustin from support, agreed it was a hardware issue. They sent me a box and I sent the laptop in for service. 12 days later i received it back and the repair said they reloaded the OS. I can't even begin to explain how frustrating this is. Now after another 1 hour + on the phone with support they will send me another box to ship it for service. By the way, i booted the system and let it sit at the screen where you choose your language and after about 10 minutes it powered off due to a WDT power event. Is there anybody i can call to complain to? I don't want to get the laptop back with the OS reloaded again. PS. The laptop is more than 30 days old so i cannot just return it.

I understand how frustrating that can be. I would suggest, however, that you post this in the Customer Care forum. They can help with repairs and follow up. Off hand it sounds like a possible memory or motherboard hardware issue.
